I come from a family that have had a long association with scouting. My Great Gran was given an award from Queen Elizabeth II for her involvement with scouts, my Great Grandad built the scout hall in his village. I'm proud to have the opportunity to carry on the family tradition. My mum earned the Baden Powell trefoil, my Gran earned the first class guide award and is still an active trefoil guild member in her 80's.
